Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch recently promoted Marisa Rudie to the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Program Manager on its Bismarck campus. In her new position, Rudie will oversee the PRTF cottages, ensuring that all treatment plans and programming meet the specific needs of each child, and that the Ranch is a safe place for children to live, learn, and heal.
Rudie started at Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch in 2010, and was quickly promoted to Residential Supervisor. In her time at the Ranch, she has seen first-hand the unique needs and behaviors of the high-risk youth who come to the Ranch. Rudie is passionate about working with youth and their families to give them skills to enhance their well-being and livelihood.
Rudie has a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Addiction Counseling, and Psychology from the University of Mary. While there, she participated in the Harold Schaeffer Emerging Leaders Academy.
