Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch provides adolescent residential treatment in three North Dakota communities—Minot, Bismarck, and Fargo. While each location has a unique design and atmosphere, the goal of each is the same—to help at-risk children and their families succeed in the name of Christ.
Minot Campus
6301 19th Avenue NW
Minot, ND 58703
Located several miles out of Minot, our main campus has multiple buildings where the children can safely live, learn, and heal. Residents live in one of five cottages that each provide a different type of treatment based on the age and the needs of the child. On the Minot campus, we also have a chapel, greenhouses, a Family Living Unit where families can stay when they visit their children, and a shop where the children can learn welding, carpentry, small engine repair, and a variety of other career and technical education skills.
Bismarck Campus
1227 N 35th Street
Bismarck, ND 58501
In Bismarck, one building houses the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) treatment team, children's living quarters, and the school. Sixteen children can live at the Ranch in Bismarck at any one time, with additional students attending our Dakota Memorial School Day Program. On the Bismarck campus, we also have a chapel and greenhouse.
Fargo Campus
7151 15th Street S
Fargo, ND 58104
The Fargo campus of Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center, with space for 16 children. The Ranch-style buildings consist of one building with the children's living quarters, administrative offices, and outpatient counseling. The other building houses Dakota Memorial School, a dining center, a gymnasium, and a chapel.
